3. As excomm, we are to decide the following for ACTIVES only:  

- Leadership Award- which member has shown themselves to be a leader? Bryan Chao: he really stepped up on fundraising he was basically like the mini fundraising chair

Friendship Award- which member has shown that they can be there for their brothers? Cesar Ube. He likes to get to know everyone and not just know them on the surface he wants to get into why they are who they are. When you talk with Cesar he really pays attention to what you have to say and is engaged in the conversation

- Service- Do not do this based off hours. Think about who has truly given unselfishly of their time and energy in all 4 fields: Jun Soo Song. She always gets people engaged in services and tries to get them to do what they are supposed to be doing

-Oak Tree- Who has shown significant growth as a brother from the following classes: John Hu: same with bryan he worked really hard in fundraising and made sure that everything in fundraising ran smoothly

- Forget me Not: Which Brother has been a friend to our brothers from other schools? : Calvin: Calvin is always tries to get to know everyone at IC events and interacts and gets other to interact

- Brother of the Quarter: Which Brother has truly been a great help to the chapter, given of themselves, and truly represents LFS? Saul Aleman. He worked really hard on fall fellowship and made sure that was a success and it was
